Ownership of all goods purchased shall be retained by ŌKU until payment is made for the goods and all other goods supplied by ŌKU to the customer. If such goods are sold by the customer prior to payment then the proceeds of sale shall be the property of ŌKU.

All prices are subject to alteration without notice and orders are accepted only on the condition that deliveries will be invoiced at the prices and on the terms ruling at the date of dispatch.

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST which is payable by the buyer to the seller unless exempted.

Freight charges will be added to the invoice and are the responsibility of the applicant unless qualifying for the freight free amount.

All accounts become due and are to be paid by the 20th of the month following the date of delivery of goods.

ŌKU reserves the right to charge the customer all fees, charges, interest, commission and any other costs involved in settlement and/or recovery of any amount owing to ŌKU.

Our target is to send all orders out within 1 working day of receiving them.

Free Shipping is available on all wholesale orders placed over $300 (incl)

We accept returns and exchanges on the following basis: you make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use/damage. Exchange solution dependent upon items in stock. Returns shall be refunded within 7 days of goods reaching our door.

If goods have been damaged in transit please take photos of the goods and notify us immediately. This ensures we are able to not only send a timely replacement order but helps us to record the damage and report this to the appropriate carrier.

ŌKU is not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product/products. The customer is fully liable for these costs unless otherwise agreed.
