Our tea range offers both loose leaf and tea bag options and focuses on the remarkable plant Kawakawa and then builds other New Zealand natives with western herbs around it to give the teas distinct properties and original flavours. We’ve combined our teas with fresh fruits, lemons, manuka honey and more to create an invigorating range of cold or hot tea recipes to help with your energy, digestion, immune support and detox. Immune Berry Protect


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon of ŌKU Protect loose leaf Tea or 1 ŌKU Protect teabag

  • 50ml of hot water

  • 10ml Barker’s Immunity Blackcurrants & Boysenberries

  • 150ml Soda Water

  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: Boysenberry, kawakawa leaf

  • Optional: squeeze of lime


METHOD

  1. Brew Protect Tea in boiling water.

  2. Add honey, mix until dissolved and allow to cool
    In a highball glass.

  3. Add Ice cubes. Pour over Barker’s syrup.

  4. Pour over cooled Protect Tea.

  5. Top with soda water, stir to combine & enjoy!

To serve hot: Replace soda water & ice cubes with Hot Water.
