AfterPay Fault

  • If you are finding your AfterPay transaction is not being completed follow these suggestions.

    1. Try a different browser

    2. Try a different device

    1. Update your browser and/or your operating system

    2. Make sure you are not using in-app browsers (Instagram or Tik Tok). These do not support AfterPay functionality.

  • By opening the browser directly from the app itself will help.

    Some browsers are not supporting AfterPay Functionality, esp In-App browsers like Tik-Tok & Instagram.

    Please let us know what browser and device you were using and what browser/device you switched to if you were successful.

    This will help us to pass this information on to AfterPay to help make their systems better.
